This cable is with special custom design Alvin’s Rotatable Right Angle 2 pin connector, which can be rotated at any 90 degrees directions, default 9 o'clock direction (Leftward).
This is to power Atomos Shinobi or Ninja V Monitor from the Z Cam E2-S6/E2-F6/E2-F8 Cameras 2 pin power out, we add the DC lock for extra safety
